Would you like to welcome international guests to a top winter destination and ensure their satisfaction throughout the stay? As receptionist at Hotel Seespitz, you’ll take care of all reception duties, from check-in to guest assistance, invoicing, cash handling, guest record maintenance, and check-out. You will also manage guest correspondence, handle phone enquiries, book additional services, prepare menus for our restaurant, and create as well as translate our morning post. Your profile:

  • Completion of HGA (Hotel and Gastronomy Assistant) education
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position a plus
  • Pleasant demeanour, always polite, with a smile on your face
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication skills with clear verbal communication
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally experience with ELITE hotel software
  • A keen eye for quality
  • Structured, organised, and independent way of working
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, ability to work in a team, and resilience
  • Host with heart and soul
  • Well-groomed appearance
