Even if your favourite ski slopes in Ischgl are on summer break, Ischgl itself never sleeps. From June to October 2025, the Paznaun region becomes a stage for cultural events, first-class concerts, and gastronomic experiences. Here are some highlights you won’t want to miss.

Music echoes through the Silvretta mountains 

#1: Ischgl brass band – summer concert series
Spend relaxed summer evenings in the fresh mountain air, serenaded by the melodic sounds of the Ischgl brass band and guest ensembles from Paznaun and beyond.
When: Every Thursday from 8:30 p.m.
Where: Pavilion at the St. Nikolaus Cultural Centre, Ischgl

#2: District music festival in Galtür
The Galtür brass band celebrates its 100th anniversary with over 20 guest bands from across the region. Enjoy highlights such as the “Sternenmarsch” (star march), a marching band competition, ceremonial events, parades, and concerts throughout the weekend.

#3: Ischgl Classics
This autumn, classical music meets Alpine charm in Ischgl. Highlights include a concert by the Vienna Brass Connection, atmospheric gondola concerts, the “Carnival of the Animals” concert in a stable, Jazz Night at the Silvretta Therme, a soundwalk, and the culinary-musical event “Mozart’s Notenküche”.

#4: The gourmet market 
The opening event of this year’s “Culinary Paznaun”: sample signature dishes of the summer’s gourmet journey at this evening market, accompanied by live music from the Ischgl brass band.

#5: Paznaun Market Day
Ischgl’s premier gourmet festival showcases the valley’s culinary traditions. At the heart of the celebration is the legendary Paznaun Alpine cheese, handmade on ten mountain pastures and in three valley dairies using traditional methods. Enjoy regional specialities, artisanal crafts, and live music throughout the day.
