Our cuisine follows one clear principle: no unnecessary frills. Here, pure, unadulterated flavour takes centre stage. Hearty Tyrolean cooking and international creations meet, intermingle, and are reinterpreted every evening. Add to that fresh salads, fine cheeses with chutneys, and – as the grand finale to the week – the Sunday gala dinner with a sparkling wine reception. We’re also happy to cater for special dietary requirements, whether vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-related.

After an active day in the Silvretta Arena, your body needs more than just rest.
